There are no errors associated with these stuck print jobs and they just hang in the queue until I purge them. In the server event logs under PrintService > Operational the only traces of the jobs getting stuck is an event logged with event ID 800 and a general description of "spooling job #". It's mostly from 1 user, but I have seen this problem from other users from time to time (the 1 user is also the most frequent user of the bizhub printer) The bizhub is not the only printer this is happening on, but it is by far the most frequent. Print jobs sent to this printer are continually getting stuck at "spooling" I have disabled point and print restrictions Using Group Policy to deploy printer connections Printer driver being used: Konica Minolta C554SeriesPCL SP Printer giving us the most trouble: bizhub C454 Using Windows Server 2012 as our print server Every time I think I've found and implemented the solution a week or so later the same issues come back. For the last several months I've been battling off and on with one of our print servers.
